Incredible service! We were having tankless hot water heater issues and Bird Family Plumbing was recommended. Dan was very polite and entertaining on the initial phone call and came out the next morning to give us the breakdown. We went with a new Navien Hot Water Heater and Dan installed it the next day! The install is super clean and was beyond our expectations. Also the price was nearly $1,000 less than a recommend "Family Friend" so that was icing on the cake.
